Effective Multi-User and Multi-Job Resource Utilisation

To develop a job management system encompassing distributed federated heterogeneous computational, networking and storage resource which is compatible with the current EU Data Grid architecture. This will be achieved through the specification of a general job description language, community schedulers using computational economics to balance loads between resource and projects.
