Dynamic Brain Atlas

Brain Atlas


The aims of this project are to build a brain atlas for neuroimaging research and healthcare that: (a) is generated by multiple collaborating sites, (b) can be dynamically customised to provide an atlas relevant to a particular research subject or patient being imaged (eg: by age, gender, pathology etc.), (c) can be provided in a coordinate frame selected by the user, (d) and can be used for decision support in healthcare.
