Sun Data and Compute Grids



The project will develop a fully Globus-enabled compute and data scheduler based around Sun Grid Engine, Globus and a variety of data technologies. Its focus will be on the application of rigorous software engineering techniques and industry standard analysis and design tools to create a Grid scheduler for both compute and data grids.
