The Gene Ontology Annotation Tool


The GOAT project covers one year and will aim to achieve the following: A more complete and accountable Gene Ontology taxonomy.An increased coverage of the GO in Gene Ontology Next Generation (GONG) in DAML+OIL.A demonstration of the deployment of GONG in a gene­product knowledge driven annotation application.Demonstration that the logical support provides better management and use of the Gene Ontology.Delivery of semantically annotated content, suitable for a Semantic Grid.
