Breast Cancer Tissue Bank



This small project has been funded by the Scottish Bioinformatics Forum (www.sbforum.org). It is focused upon development of a proof of concept portal and services for access to and usage of the data sets associated with breast cancer tissue banks. This includes clinical records, lab data, microarray data and imaging data sets.The project involves a close co-operation with Glasgow Royal Infimary, the Dept. of Pathology at Glasgow University and the SBF.
