Health Care Planning with Data Driven Resource Allocation

HYDRA

The primary goal of this e-science demonstration project is to demonstrate the application of Grid technologies to enable resource allocation decisions to be made in a more responsive, more accurate and ultimately more effective manner. In particular, the Grid will allow the users of information to be connected with one another, and also to be connected with information providers and consultants, thus creating a ‘decision support network’ connected as a virtual organisation. Further, the Grid will support data driven decision-making through the seamless integration of information from a variety of geographically dispersed sources.
