Abstract: A report to the Core e-Science Programme recommended the establishment of an Access Grid Support Centre (AGSC). This paper describes how the AGSC (run by the University of Manchester) benefits the Access Grid community. The AGSC provides support in many different ways, including: technical support; services to improve the experience of using Access Grid; and Quality Assurance (QA) testing. The paper goes into detail about the services provided by the AGSC.
