Abstract: GeneGrid aims to provide a platform to access collective Bioinformatics skills and data in a secure and scalable manner. Since Bioinformatics applications are heterogeneous, application integration and management forms a key area of the project. The GeneGrid Application Manager (GAM) component integrates different applications with rest of the environment through GT3 based grid services. This paper presents the functionality, interactions and implementation details of prototype GAM services.
