Abstract: The specifications produced by the Database Access and Integration Services (DAIS) working group prior to GGF11 describe mappings onto the Open Grid Services Infrastructure (OGSI) v1.0. The group of specifications collectively referred as the Web Services Resource Frame-work (WSRF) has recently been proposed as a replacement for OGSI. Furthermore, the Web Services Grid Application Framework (WS-GAF) is a proposal of patterns that utilise existing Web Services technologies for building Grid applications. WS-GAF also considers the emerg-ing WS-Context specification. In light of these the DAIS working group is considering which mappings should be presented in future versions of its specifications. This document summa-rises the result of some scenario based investigations into a number of possible mappings.
