Abstract: e-Fungi aims to integrate sequence and functional data from multiple fungal species, to facilitate the systematic study of less well understood species with reference to model organisms. e-Fungi consists of a data warehouse and a library of bioinformatics queries and analyses, which can be combined in different ways to conduct studies of cellular processes, pathogenicity and evolution. Both the warehouse and analysis libraries will be made available within a service-oriented Grid.
