Abstract: The CARMEN (Code Analysis, Repository and Modelling for e-Neuroscience) project aims to apply e-Science technology to Neurophysiology to enable the sharing of data resources and the services for processing this data. This paper describes the application oriented services: the companion paper [1] describes the technology underpinning this application. Overall, the CARMEN project is developing a Neuroinformatics resource which will change the way data is processed in experimental Neuroscience by providing archiving and a set of powerful services, supporting collaborative neurophysiology research.
