This workshop will address the question of how online resources such as arts-humanities.net can be developed as community projects between research/support centres and communities of practice in the digital arts and humanities. It will look at models for joint development/governance of the resource; feedback from the user community; and especially future needs and plans for both development and research. A particular focus will be to establish how the emerging UK Network of Expert centres can use the resource to develop joint projects and services to support the community of researchers and practitioners engaging with the digital arts and humanities and a&h e-science.

Target Audience

This workshop is intended for members of the Network of Expert Centres and of several UK communities of practice in the digital arts and humanities who have engaged with the arts-humanities.net project; other active users of the project. It is aimed specifically at those developing and actively using online resources such as arts-humanities.net.
