The workshop is part of the EU FP7 project Eurosystem [http://www.eurosystemproject.eu/]. The workshop aims to provide scientists with exposure to the methods for the analyis and interpretation of data from cutting-edge ’Omic technologies in areas of proteomics, next generation sequencing and single-cell expression profiling. The workshop will focus on examples from the stem cell field. The outcome will be that attendees will become familiar with these approaches and understand how to begin analysing data generated from these technologies. Delegates are expected to bring a laptop with them for the practical sessions. Target AudienceThis workshop is intended to attract the following communities:
