  • First complete the application form. STEP 1 If you want to attend the workshop as a speaker/workshop leader you should upload your proposal at the time of registration.  The required information for the proposals is detailed here.
  • Second if you have received a provisional acceptance you must pay in full, using a credit or debit card STEP 2

Then wait for confirmation before booking travel, etc. In the event of an application being rejected, all payment will be refunded to your card.
