Biography and Research Interests
Jipu Jiang is a Grid Engineer and Research Assistant of the UK National e-Science Centre (NeSC) at the University of Glasgow. He has been involved in ESP-GRID, GLASS, BrainIT, BioNessie, VOTES, GEMEPS, and OMII SPAM-GP projects. He holds an MSc degree in Advanced Computing Science from the University of Glasgow and a dual undergraduate degree, BSc in Computing from Napier University and BSc in Information Management and Information Systems from Shandong University of Finance. He has published several papers on IEEE and international conference proceeds about Shibboleth on Grid, Virtual Organizations, and other Grid security aspects. His research interests include Grid computing, security, and Grid portal technology.
