Dr Roberto Barbera, of the University of Catania, Sicily and INFN, is visiting the National e-Science Centre from 5th to 8th April. The primary purpose of his visit is to help the NeSC training team in preparing for the initial EGEE induction course, to be held at NeSC later in April. His specific expertise (for this purpose) is in the use of GENIUS, a Web portal which he helped to develop, and which will be used in the EGEE induction course; but he is also a research physicist with many years' Grid experience.
